Projects Consultancy for Cornwall
We specialise in economic development and regeneration projects for Cornwall, including trans-national projects with European partners. Since we were established in 2001, we have developed a range of expert services covering all stages of project development and implementation.
We have specialist skills in a range of subject areas including strategic marketing, business incubation and new workspace, ICT, heritage and culture, transport infrastructure, renewable energy, town regeneration, workforce and skills development, land management, farm diversification and rural development.

The Claims and Monitoring service provides organisations with support in the delivery of their projects. This can include assistance with setting up the required administration systems and the collation of the information required to effectively monitor a project. Assistance is also provided with the completion of claims to funding bodies and with the preparation of appropriate information for funding body monitoring and audit visits.
This is a free service which provides comprehensive information about sources of local, regional, national UK and European funding for projects and programmes which promote the regeneration and economic development of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
The service can provide:
• Information about potential sources of funding for specific projects
•General advice about applying for project funding, including funding criteria and the application process
• Up to date information about specific funding developments from a wide range of sources, including the European Union, the UK Government and Charitable Trusts
